Àrea de zona verda davant de l’apartament, ideal per als nens.
Disposa de dues habitacions dobles, una amb llit de matrimoni i l’altre amb dos llits individuals. Bany complet amb banyera. Cuina molt ben equipada i sala d’estar-menjador molt lluminós i espaiós amb sofà llit per a dues persones, butaques, TV, taula de menjador amb cadires, i sortida a la terrassa exterior. Zona exterior amb gran terrassa moblada, rentadora, estenedor per a la roba.
Jardí i piscina comunitària. Aparcament gratuït a l’exterior de la finca.
