Casa adosada premium muy bien decorada y equipada con vistas al mar, terraza, jardín, barbacoa y piscina comunitaria.
La propiedad se distribuye en dos plantas y tiene un patio con jardín y terrazas al aire libre. Se accede al alojamiento mediante unas escaleras. En la planta baja se encuentra una sala de estar-comedor amplia con mucha luz que tiene sofás, mesa central, mesa de comedor y sillas, TV, chimenea y acceso directo a una terraza grande y soleada con muebles exteriores y vistas al mar. La cocina está muy bien equipada con nevera-congelador, vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, cafetera de cápsulas y cafetera de café molido, lavavajillas, lavadora, exprimidor y vajilla. Hay un aseo pequeño.
Accedemos al segundo piso a través de escaleras y es donde encontramos las habitaciones: 3 habitaciones dobles con cama de matrimonio (una es tipo-suite con baño privado con ducha, WC y lavabo y tiene acceso a una terraza privada). Hay otro baño completo con ducha.
Zona exterior: Terraza grande delante de la casa con fantásticas vistas al mar, con muebles exteriores, toldo y una parte cubierta con mesa y sillas. Terraza más pequeña arriba. Patio/jardín detrás de la casa con mesa grande y sillas, barbacoa (gas), toldo, plantas y escaleras que llevan a la piscina y jardín comunitarios.
Wifi. Aire acondicionado. Piscina comunitaria grande (30 x 15 m) de poca profundidad a 50 m. Zona de juegos para niños. Parking en la calle delante de la casa.
