Recently built semi-detached house. It is part of a small community of 6 houses, which share a swimming pool and a garden area.
The houses are arranged in a line, on a private street, you can access the door by car to unload luggage.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, an American kitchen, and a terrace with outdoor furniture. This rear terrace has direct and private access to the pool, making it a very well connected space and allows us to enjoy the pool at any time, just by going out to the garden.

The area is one of the quietest in the area, you can park outside without any problem and you can access the beach with a short walk through almost flat areas. A luxury and tranquility that must be taken advantage of.
