On the lower floor is a bright spacious lounge-dining area with sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs, TV, fireplace and doors leading to a large sunny terrace with outdoor furniture and sea views. The kitchen is very well equipped with a fridge-freezer, vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee capsule machine, ground coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, juicer and tableware. There is also a guest toilet.

The sleeping area is upstairs. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds (one is ensuite with a private bathroom with shower, and has access to a private terrace). There is another full bathroom with a shower.

Outdoor areas: Large terrace in front of the house with fantastic sea views, comfortable outdoor furniture, awning and a partially covered area with table and chairs. Small terrace upstairs.
